We want you to be satisfied with all the merchandise you receive from SPG, so we will be happy to return or exchange any item that does not fit your needs. No need to call to get approval, simply print and fill-out the SPG Return/Exchange Form and return your items along with a copy of the original packing list back to us.

Follow these guidelines to ensure an easy return:
  • Products may be returned within 30-days of purchase
  • If the product is defective we will replace/fix it at no cost to you
  • If we shipped you the wrong item, we'll ship the correct item and cover your costs to ship the item back to us
  • Return items must be in original, resalable condition with original tags and packaging
  • Promotional items received with purchase must also be returned with the item
  • Any item that has been customized (ex. embroidery, silkscreen, hemming, striping, panels, etc.), washed, worn, or altered in any way CANNOT be returned unless it is defective or processed incorrectly.
If you are mailing back to us, please make sure you insure and track your package. We can not be responsible for items that are damaged or lost in the mail. Send all returns to:
