Orders received by 1:00 PM (EST) for in-stock items will usually ship same day. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Some items will ship directly from the manufacturer.
Expect an extended delivery date for:
- Items that require tailoring, alterations or patch placement - add 1-5 days
- Items that require custom embroidery - add 2-4 weeks
- Items that require restricted sale to Law Enforcement Personnel ONLY requiring an extra validation process. These items are flagged with SPG's Agency Validate logo. - add 1 day
- Items that require ATF or other approval - such as less-than-lethal products - add upto 30 days.
- Custom Armor Orders - add 30-45 days
- Custom Badges - add 4 weeks
- Custom Nametapes or Namebars - add 2-5 days
- Back-Ordered Items (see below)
If there are any back ordered items, we will notify you via e-mail of the item and new shipping date. Back ordered items are shipped separately. These items can take from 2 to 6 weeks depending on the manufacturer. No item is charged to your credit card until it ships - with the exception of customized orders (such as embroidery, custom badges, etc.) which are charged 50% upon order approval. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification via e-mail.
We primarily use UPS as our main shipping carrier. We also may USPS, DHL or FedEx. Shipments to P.O. boxes or Alaska and Hawaii will be shipped US Priority Mail.
At this time, we do not ship internationally.
If orders need to be received sooner than standard ground service, you can specify UPS 3-Day, 2-Day, Next Day or Next Day AM service. Additional rates apply

Occasionally, some items may require an overweight surcharge. You will be notified of any variance in shipping charges before order processing and credit card charges.
